Dean is the Managing Partner with Edge Analytics, LLC, which specializes in Data & Analytics. He is a data and analytics leader with over 25 years of experience including Fortune 20 and 100 companies. He leverages data, as well as, agile and lean methods to transform how organizations approach work.

Dean is passionate about helping companies realize the value of untapped data and uses analytics to improve business performance and decisions making. Dean has worked with health care, retail, manufacturing, and financial services leading organizations to establish enterprise data, business intelligence, and analytics practices.

Dean's previous roles include Director of Analytics Services at Cardinal Health, Practice Leader of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Sogeti USA, and Director of Business Aligned Services at TIAA-CREF. He holds numerous certifications in agile, lean six sigma, project management, and business intelligence.
